Seraj is a block (out of 10 blocks in Mandi) located in district Mandi of Himachal Pradesh, India. Seraj is one of the 68 Vidhan Sabha constituencies in rural region of HP. It is located 36 KM away from Mandi town.

People of seraj are called as seraji or pahari. These people are quite comfortable in speaking pahari which is their regional language though they can understand and speak Hindi/English/Punjabi as well. Most of the people here are dependent on farming completely. People work either at their own apple orchards or green houses and earn their food.

You can reach seraj via Bus which can be taken from Main Mandi bus stand. There is no train track or aeroplane facility available in the valley as it is a hilly area and surrounded by huge mountains.
